2.1 Age Restriction

999h reserves the right to verify the age of any user at any time. A copy of a national identity card or other valid document may be requested if necessary.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

The following information must be provided accurately and in full at the time of registration:

• Full name and correct personal details
• Valid email address and mobile number
• Correct date of birth

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, 999h reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members are eligible to receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
• Example 2: ৳34,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳54,000 (maximum cap applies)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Other terms relating to bonuses:

• Each promotion may have its own validity period and conditions
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed
• If the terms of any bonus are breached, the relevant bonus will be cancelled

4.3 VIP Loyalty Programme

Regular active members can advance through three VIP tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Members can be automatically moved to a higher tier based on overall activity and engagement. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are subject to change.

6.1 Responsibility for Login Credentials

You are fully responsible for your account username and password. You are strongly advised not to share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a court or competent authority, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
